AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

Thank you for choosing to participate in our after-school program. We are excited to bring your child a variety of activities that will provide him/her with an opportunity for personal enrichment and development. The program is motivated by our vision to provide a school that seeks to engage children in all aspects of development and provide them with an outlet that sparks their curiosity, promotes innovation and creativity, and encourages healthy habits and relationships with their peers. In order to help make this program successful and ensure it's efficiency and sustainability, we ask that you commit to the following guidelines if your child is participating in a program.

• Program registration fee must be paid in full upon registration.

• Children must attend the days for which they have signed up; Students may not switch days.

• If your child is not at school for the day due to sickness, he or she may not attend the after-school program.

• If your child is unable to attend a class during a program session, refunds will not be issued.

• If a class is not held during a holiday or school break, the instructor will offer an alternative class date.

• Please send your child with a snack if he/she is attending a class immediately after school.

• Students may only be on school grounds during the session time of their after-school program; We take student safety seriously and require that they be under adult supervision at ALL times.

• Students will meet in the gym at the start of their class and pick up will be on the East side of the building. Students will be supervised by the program coordinator during pick up.

• Please prepare for the start of your selected program by purchasing any required materials prior to the start of the program.

• Ignite's behavior policy is in effect during after school programs. In the event of a behavioral issue: The instructor will contact the after school coordinator; The afterschool coordinator will contact the parents; If the issue persists, and is unable to be resolved, the child may be asked to leave the program.
